New menus are posted on the website at the beginning of each month. We offer a variety of tantalizing options with many customizations available. Place an order by midnight on Saturday and receive your delivery of fresh, tasty meals that Wednesday

FAQ

  • Where do you deliver?

    We deliver to the greater Denver area as well as neighboring cities such as Golden, Arvada, Littleton, and Englewood.

  • How long do the meals last?

    We recommend consuming seafood dishes within 24 hours.

    All other meals have a 5-day shelf life. Please eat or discard within that time to avoid food-borne illness. Some meals can be frozen and this will be indicated on the website within the meal directory. Please keep meals refrigerated until ready to consume.

  • What is the best way to reheat?

    Everything can be reheated either in the microwave or oven until hot in the center. The packaging provided is microwave-safe but not oven-safe. Please transfer to an oven-safe dish before reheating.

  • What if I have food allergies or intolerances?

    Common allergens are listed for each dish. Please note that the meals are prepared in a facility that is NOT certified gluten-free or nut-free.

    We will take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination but can not guarantee exposure. Many, but not all, of the meals offer substitutions for gluten-free and vegetarian diets.

  • When will the meals be delivered?

    Deliveries are on Wednesdays. Your 2-hour delivery window will be based on your address and you will receive a text update when the driver is en route to your location.

  • What if I am not home when the meals are delivered?

    You can leave a cooler with ice packs on your front porch. Please indicate where the cooler is located when you receive your text update. The driver will text a confirmation when the meals have been delivered.

  • What if I live in an apartment?

    Please provide detailed instructions on where to park, how to enter the building, and the location of your unit.

    The same instructions apply if you are not home, please leave a cooler with ice packs to store your meals. If you have a front desk with an attendant, the driver will deliver to them.

  • What if I need to cancel a delivery?

    A full refund will be offered if you cancel by Sunday at midnight. Cancellations after that time, will be charged at 50% of the original order total, minus taxes and fees.

  • What kind of packaging do you use?

    Flavor Maven values our environment. The food containers are commercially compostable. Please check your area for rules and regulations. The sticker labels and sauce ramekins are NOT compostable, please remove and discard in the trash if you plan to compost the food containers.
